Add sliced chicken, onion, chilli and peppers to mixing bowl along with olive oil, seasoning, paprika (if desired) and squeeze of lime.
Heat pan on stove-top until smoking hot, at the same time pop tortillas wrapped in tinfoil into the oven for 6 minutes. Add contents of the mixing bowl to the pan and stir over a high heat so you get a nice charring effect.
Once cooked through, transfer into a serving bowl and serve along with warm tortillas, mixed salad, salsa and fresh lime for all to create their own.
Serving Suggestion: Top with sour cream and salsa and serve with mixed salad.
