- Mix the paprika, salt, pepper and onion powder in a small bowl. Add the oil and garlic and mix until a paste is formed. Add a little water if the paste is too thick.
- Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of greaseproof paper and bash with a rolling pin until thin and flat.
- Smear the chicken with the spice mixture. Leave to marinade until ready to cook.
- Place the chicken on the BBQ and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, until cooked through. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken as it cooks.
- Serve immediately!
If BBQ is not an option, chicken can be cooked in a well-oiled pan on a high heat following the same method.
