- Mix the grated ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin and coriander together and then rub well into the flesh of the fish.
- Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.
- Preheat the BBQ to a medium heat, and lightly oil the grill. Place closer to the edge of the grill as it is cooler.
- Cook straight on the oiled BBQ rack for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through.
If BBQ is not an option, the fish can be cooked on a griddle pan or hot frying pan, or under an oven grill following the same method.
