- 1 tin kidney beans
- ½ tsp
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
large pan with oil over medium heat and add beef, onion, garlic & pepper.
Fry until meat is browned and vegetables tender.

remainder of the ingredients except for the kidney beans, reduce heat slightly
and simmer for 15 minutes.
kidney beans, stir and simmer for further 15 minutes.
