pepper. Mould into two burgers approximately 2.5cm thick, and place on a
well-oiled BBQ at a medium heat.

toast the burger buns on the BBQ, away from direct heat, until golden brown.
assemble, smear the buns generously with mayonnaise and ketchup. Add the
burgers and the salad toppings of your choice.
If BBQ is not an option, burgers can be cooked in a well-oiled pan on a medium heat following the same method.
